Pilot Net answers the question of what to do with your PalmPilot Pro or Palm III device when you don't have a Pilot Modem, but you'd like to connect your Pilot to the internet or other dial-up location. Assuming you have a PC with a modem and your HotSync Cable or Cradle, you can use Pilot Net to connect your Pilot to the world.
Pilot Net is a standalone program for your PC that, to put it simply, transfers outgoing serial data from your Pilot through the PC and to the modem. Data coming in from the modem is similarly transferred back to the Pilot. I guess you could think of the program as a data conduit or a programmatical serial cable.

 What's New!
I installed Visual Basic 5.0 and recompiled the program. Due to some changes in the way data is handled, I've temporarily disabled the function that tells at what baud rate the connection is made.
