UTS Blood Pressure (UTS BP) is the Palm OS software, that tracks your blood pressure and pulse.
The distributive includes a limited capabilities copy of UTS 1.5 required for UTS Blood Pressure.
High blood pressure is dangerous because it makes the heart work too hard and contributes to atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).
It increases the risk of heart disease and stroke, the first- and third-leading causes of death among Americans. High blood pressure also can result in other conditions, such as congestive heart failure, kidney disease, and blindness.
High blood pressure affects about 50 million - one in four - American adults.
High blood pressure is a serious condition, which often has no symptoms. Once high blood pressure occurs, it usually lasts a lifetime. But by taking action, you can prevent and control it. The only way to prevent high blood pressure is its permanent daily tracking.
UTS Blood Pressure provides five kinds of highly customizable charts for your tracking results analysis. You can specify:
- Analysis period of time
- Reading series
- Part of a day in which the reading were entered
- Aggregated value type
The report displays the summarized information on your blood pressure and pulse readings for the certain period of time.
UTS Blood Pressure offers flexible filter capabilities for analysing you blood pressure and pulse readings from various points of view.
'Filter' dialog allows you to specify time period, part of a day, bounds for blood pressure and pulse values.
