Patient Tracker enables you to add, delete, edit, and view and manage patient a variety of information on the fly. In addition, user- friendly documentation features minimize the note creation process, enabling clinicians to get the most out of their time.
You can review your data and create notes in a matter of seconds. Pre-populated pull down menus allow you to create your SOAP and History and Physical exam notes by simply tapping menu bars and selecting pre-configured procedures and results.
