You will not need Japanese localization kit (or Japanese OS) as Japanese words are transcribed in Latin letters. In addition, a bonus English Gold Dictionary is included in the bundle (35,000 entries in 2MB).
Two versions - Standard and Gold are included for each direction of translation, allowing you to pick the one that is most appropriate for your needs and device capabilties.
