Home Shield allows you to freely move about your home or business, collecting model numbers, serial numbers, and other relevant asset data directly to your Palm OS® handheld. Once all records are completed and a HotSync® function has been performed, you can then generate and print a pre-formatted report from your PC using the included* TBReports application (licensed from SandsUSA). This report can then be sent to your insurance agent. Now your insurance company will have an accurate record of your assets and total asset value in the event of fire, natural disasters, power surges, vandalism or other loss of valuable personal or business assets and you will have a record of serial numbers available for law enforcement in the event of theft.
As a bonus feature, Home Shield also tracks warranties and calculates each item's warranty expiration date for both parts and labor!

*NOTE: TBReports and associated Home Shield report files are not included with the trial version. However, TBReports can be downloaded at www.SandsUSA.com to verify compatibility with your PC (requires Windows 98 or later and uses approx. 1.3Mb of hard drive space).
