BiDec is a simple program that may be of some use to network technicians or computer programmers (or for students like myself currently attending a CISCO networking class). It is capable of converting any 8 digit binary number into a number between 0 and 255 and vice versa, as according to the Base 2 (Binary) System. This program was created completely on board a HandSpring Visor using PocketC. Since it was written in PocketC it requires the PocketC Runtime ( Version 3.7 recommended) to run (included in zip file).
