Xonix is an old and nice arcade, in which you have to try to conquer as much land as possible from the xonixes, little spider-like creatures who try to embitter your life.
In order to do so, you surround and close areas of the land while none of them is inside and it becomes yours. If you close a shape that has some xonixes inside, you trap them, but do not get the land. Returning back throughout your own web trace is not allowed.
In a world full of virtual 3D monsters, guns and blood, Xonix is a nice recall of the original ideas and player's imagination - the most important ingredients for any game ever.
