The full version contains 17,000 source English words and translations. Its size is 226kB.
The DEMO version, available for download, includes only 10% of the words in full version. The ZIP package contains also the Public BDicty version, which is free (and probably older than the current Commercial version).
To translate from English to Romanian you will need English to Romanian Lexicon as well.
