The Remote Commander from the Pebbles Research Project allows PDAs to be used as if they were the PC's cursor and keyboard. There are versions for both Palm and Windows CE/Pocket PC. All keyboard keys (even the special ones like F1 and ESC) and both mouse buttons can be emulated.
