Action Names gives you better control over your schedule by extending the personal information management, organizer, PIM, and contact management capability of the Palm device.
Action Names enhances the Palm date book (calendar), to do list and address book. Now you can easily view more of your schedule. All of your commitments including phone calls, meetings and todos are shown in a single organized agenda view. Five agenda views let you see your schedule for the day, week, month, quarter, and split day view (showing meetings above the line and calls and todos below the line).
Never miss an important commitment again! See visually what your schedule looks like with a quick glance at the icons you have chosen for each event. Use one of the included icons or create your own with the included icon creator. A three in one schedule slip lets you schedule meetings, phone calls or todos without having to open and enter them in the corresponding application.
You can also set alarms for each commitment type (and each alarm now has a snooze button). Easily embed a name from your address book into the scheduled commitment. This gives you a clear concise history of contact with a given person when you run a find on a contact name. Action Names requires an upgraded Pilot, PalmPilot Personal, Professional, PalmIII, or IBM Workpad. This application enhances but does not interfere with the operation of any built-in application or conduit. Action Names can be loaded from either a Windows PC or Macintosh.
