Rounder was created to allow quick data entry and retrieval, replacing rounding cards with a shareable Palm-based database. Unlike other programs that require multiple screen taps before you can enter or edit data, Rounder ensures that you won't be more than one tap away from where you want to be (or what you want to do).
Rounder is also unique in its ability to summarize all your daily rounding information on one screen. Presenting or reviewing a patient's data has never been easier!
Our third design principle is eliminating duplicate data entry. Not only is all patient data shared between ProcLog and Rounder, but all data from each day's rounding is automatically carried forward to the next day (prefixed by an asterisk). Therefore, once the patient's baseline data is entered, you need only record changes.
Finally, our Beam Out capability allows you to generate an electronic sign-out list that can be beamed to another Rounder user. Your colleague then has your database of patient information and to-do items while caring for cross-cover patients.
