You can not changed interval of Infrared luminescence or stopped Infrared luminescence, if you change property setting of Microsoft Infrared Monitor 3.0 (Windows98). This problem became seriously for 3Com-PalmPilot / IBM-WorkPad users. Users of "Infrared HotSync" must change "Beam Receive" preference of PalmPilot / WorkPad to OFF because "Beam Waiting for Sender" dialog is often appeared. But you don't have to change this preference to OFF after installing this software. You will be able to catch a "Beaming" from another Piloter without operations. Of course, you can use "Infrared HotSync".
