The e-methods speed system of basic mathematics is a learning system which enables everyone to learn mental arithmetic. It is not designed for a special age but for everyone who has to or wants to learn fast basic mental arithmetic, multiplication in spe.
After having taken the theoretical course its recommended to do at least 60 single and 20 double multiplications each day. This will take up to 20 minutes a day, but is most effective when split up into many even shorter "sessions" spread all over the day. The training period is 29 days.
