DI27 dials a number stored in the Pilot's Address Book or synchronizes the Pilot's Address Book numbers with a mobile phone. Communication is done via the Pilot's serial interface. If an infrared IrDA driver is active, communication is possible with phones which support IrDA infrared standard. No special protocol is used. The program uses GSM AT-command extensions. Therefore it is possible, but not tested that the software runs with other phones than the Ericsson x888 or any Ericsson 6xx or 7xx family phone with attached DI27 infrared modem. Works also with Nokia 8810.

 What's New!
 New updates in this version:

 | | The "main" phone number type is now also shown.
Hint: In the english version it has the same number field code as "mobile", but you can change it to something else in the preferences. It is the 6th letter.

| | | Support for Text Prefix to tag SMS messages to Mail Gateway

| | | SIM card max name length is not used if smaller than 14. Some SIM cards tell the program that 10 characters is the limit, but they store 14 characters without problems. If you encounter a problem, you can still set the Shorten parameter to 10.

| | | Preferences Dialog split into two

| | | E-Mail Gateway Number is only put into the "To" field if it is empty

| | | A blank is added after the E-mail address when inserting it into an SMS

| | | Support for private Address Book and private Memo Pad records

| | | Add space before number field code, if phone has enough space for it (more than 15 characters available)
